- An American company that had invested $300 million in a construction project in Eastern Europe could not obtain the required permits from the local government. After they were unsuccessful in seeking redress through the U.S. Embassy and local magistrate, the company enlisted Roberti Global to help them expedite the permit process and safeguard their investment.
- Devised a strategy to communicate the benefits of the project and help build support for it among the nation’s lawmakers and business community. Organized a two-day conference in the country’s capital featuring the former Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, who discussed, among other things, the importance of having a clear and consistent regulatory policy in order to attract and retain critically needed American investment. The conference and the historic visit dominated the local media and attracted tremendous local government and public interest.
